By downloading, installing, or using Finite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Finite. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to individuals under 17.
Finite is an anonymous messaging application that connects users for brief, one-time conversations. Each conversation is limited to 10 messages per participant, after which the conversation ends and all messages are permanently deleted.
You agree to use Finite responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will NOT use the App to:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations of these terms may result in immediate and permanent removal from the service without notice or refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
Users can report objectionable content or block abusive users at any time using the in-app reporting feature. We review all reports and take appropriate action. Blocking a user prevents future matches with that individual.
Finite is designed for anonymous conversations. We encourage users to maintain their anonymity and not share personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. Use caution when communicating with others.

You retain ownership of any content you create and share through the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. Since messages are deleted when conversations end, this license terminates when the content is deleted.
The Finite name, logo, and all related marks are our intellectual property. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE BEHAVIOR, CONDUCT, OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
